Iberlux LLC, doing business as Iberlux Seguros, is a licensed insurance agency located in South Jordan, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect on iberluxseguros.com and through our contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, text messages and email), how we use it, and the choices you have.

In short: we use your information to serve you, quote and schedule your appointments with an Iberlux agent. We do not sell your personal information and we do not pass it to other agencies to contact you.

Information we collect

Information you give us through forms, calls or messages:

Name, phone number, email address, state and ZIP code.
Quote details: date of birth or age, tobacco use, household size, budget and the type of insurance you are interested in.
The contact permissions you give us, with their date, time, page and IP address, so we can prove you gave them.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site: device and browser type, pages visited, the ad or link you came from, and cookies. See “Cookies and analytics.”

We do not ask for card or bank account numbers on the site.

How we use it

To answer your questions and give you quotes.
To schedule your appointments and send you confirmations and reminders.
To submit your application to the insurance company you choose, when you decide to buy a policy.
To service your policy after the sale.
To comply with insurance and consumer protection laws.
To keep the site secure and understand how to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information and never share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only in these cases:

Insurance companies and our marketing organization (IMO): when you request a formal quote or a policy, we share what is needed to process it, and only for that purpose.
Service providers working for us, under contract and only to provide their service: website hosting (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), messaging and calls (Twilio), calendar and analytics (Google) and appointment scheduling (Cal.com). They may not use your information for their own purposes.
Authorities, when required by law or legal process, or to protect our customers from fraud.
If the company changes ownership, your information would pass to the new owner under the same protections in this policy.

Text messages (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories in “Who we share it with” exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the provider that delivers the messages (Twilio), and only to deliver them.

We send you text messages only if you expressly agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Program details are in our Text Messaging Terms.

Calls and WhatsApp

We call you or message you on WhatsApp only with your permission and about what you requested. Some calls may be recorded for quality purposes; if so, we tell you at the start of the call. If you no longer want us to contact you, tell us on the call or email privacy@iberluxseguros.com and we will add you to our do-not-contact list.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer or prospect and for as long as insurance and consumer protection laws require. Records of your contact permissions are kept for at least 5 years, to prove you gave them. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to make the site work, to measure which pages and ads work (for example, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel) and to remember your preferences. These tools do not receive your name, phone number or email. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in Privacy Preferences. We also honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

Your rights

Depending on the state where you live, you can ask us to:

Tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy.
Correct it.
Delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Not use it for targeted advertising.

To make a request, email privacy@iberluxseguros.com. We respond within 45 days. To protect your information, we first verify your identity. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

California residents: you have the rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. You can turn off our site’s ad-measurement cookies in Privacy Preferences.

Insurance laws: as an insurance agency, we also comply with state insurance privacy laws and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act where they apply.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need it, and providers with recognized security controls. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will notify you before it applies.
