These terms apply when you use iberluxseguros.com or communicate with us. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Iberlux LLC, doing business as Iberlux Seguros, is a licensed insurance agency located in South Jordan, Utah. Our agents are licensed in the states where they offer their services. We serve our customers directly: we do not sell your information or pass it to other agencies.

What we offer

  • General information about life insurance and other products.
  • Quotes and appointments with a licensed Iberlux agent.
  • Help applying for a policy with the insurance company you choose, and service after the sale.

Information on the site is educational and is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Quotes and policies

  • A quote is an estimate. It is not a policy and does not guarantee coverage.
  • The insurance company decides whether to approve your application and the final price, based on its own underwriting.
  • Your policy is governed by the contract issued by the insurance company. If anything on this site differs from your policy, the policy controls.
  • Iberlux may receive a commission from the insurance company for policies purchased. That commission does not change the price you pay.

Your information

You agree to give us true and complete information. If information is false or incomplete, an insurance company may deny or cancel a policy. How we use and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

How we communicate with you

We contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or text message only with your permission and about what you requested. Your permission is not a condition of any purchase and you can withdraw it at any time. Details are in our Calls and Messages Notice and, for text messages, our SMS Terms.

Use of the site

You may not use the site to:

  • Provide false information or someone else’s information without their permission.
  • Attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Copy site content for commercial use without our authorization.
  • Do anything illegal.

Site content

The text, images, logos and design of the site belong to Iberlux LLC or are used with permission. You may view them and share links, but not copy or modify them for other purposes without authorization.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but the site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Iberlux LLC is not liable for indirect damages from using the site or for technical interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under your state’s insurance or consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without affecting the rights you have under the laws of your state. If you have a complaint, please email us first at soporte@iberluxseguros.com so we can resolve it. You may also contact your state’s department of insurance.

Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
